program consists of regularly scheduled lubrication and monitoring
of fluid levels. The lubrication interval is based on the
average duty cycle of your fleet. Each scheduled session includes
this comprehensive set of service items:
- Lubricate
chassis, mast attachment, and engine accessories
- Check
all fluid levels and top off as required
- Operate
all truck functions to ensure satisfactory performance
- Clean
all breathers
- Check
battery specific gravity
- Clean
and coat battery terminals
- Change
engine oil and filter
- Clean
engine air cleaner
