Plan includes:

  1. Lubrication. All lube points on the chassis and the mast
    attachment.
  2. Chains, Mast and Carriage. Inspected for wear and damage, adjusted as required.
  3. Hydraulic Systems and Cylinders. Inspected for leaks and damage. Hoses, tubing, and fittings checked for leaks and deterioration. Fluid levels checked. Filters cleaned and replaced as necessary. Control valves and pumps checked for leaks and proper operation.
  4. Gauges, Accessories and Controls. Checked for proper operation. Functional check-out of horn, lights and accessories.
  5. Full Operation Check. Test for proper functioning of all controls: steering, braking, tilt, lift, forward, reverse, inching, etc.
  6. Gas, LP-Gas and Diesel Trucks. Engine oil and filters, changed. Air filters cleaned or replaced. Gear housings and reservoirs checked for leaks and correct oil levels. Hoses inspected. Antifreeze added as required. Fan belts, mufflers, spark plugs, distributor caps and wiring checked. Battery terminals cleaned and electrolyte levels checked.
  7. Electric Trucks. Thorough inspection of all electrical systems and components. Batteries and cables checked both on the truck and at the charging stand. Specific gravity check of battery fluid. Cleaning and coating of battery terminals and cable ends.
  8. Condition Report. After the maintenance service, the Yale technician will issue a comprehensive report on all truck systems.
